Pendo Homes is a sober working environment that provides stabilization and a supportive
sober environment for men and
women.

All drug testing is done by our professionally trained house manager using FDA-approved multi-drug urine test panels that screen for the most common illicit substances.

1. Sobriety
Residents are required to maintain sobriety at all times.
Alcohol, illegal substances, and misuse of prescription or over-the-counter medications are prohibited.
2. Respect & Conduct
Residents are expected to treat other residents, staff, and operators with respect.
Harassment, threats, intimidation, bullying, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
3. Cleanliness
Residents are responsible for maintaining their personal living areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Common areas must be cleaned after use.
Food is not permitted in bedrooms.
4. House Meetings
A house meeting is held weekly on Wednesdays at 7:00 PM.
Attendance is encouraged to support communication and accountability within the home.
5. Chores
Participation in household chores is encouraged to promote shared responsibility and cooperation.
6. Employment / Education / Volunteering
Residents are encouraged to engage in employment, education, job training, or volunteer activities as part of their recovery and reintegration process.
7. Guests
Guests are permitted in designated common areas only.
Overnight guests are not permitted.
All guest visits require prior approval in accordance with house procedures.
8. Curfew
Weekday curfew is 10:00 PM.
Weekend curfew is determined by house management and communicated to residents in advance.
9. Sign-In / Sign-Out
Residents are required to sign in and out when leaving or returning to the residence to support safety and accountability.
Policy and Procedure
10. Medication Policy
• All medications must be reported upon entry, must have valid prescription from a
Licensed doctor, all medication must be stored in provided lockboxes. All residence are
responsible for their own medication and self administering of their own medication
11. Testing Policy
• Pendo house does Random testing 2–3 times weekly or upon suspicion. Testing methods
include Quicky cups Testing upon return from overnight stay. , All test results will be
logged by the Operator/mentor
12. Personal Property Policy
Pendo House, hold Residents belongings and the residence have 5 days to retrieve
belongings after departure.
13. Prohibited Hazardous items-Search Policy
• Pendo house, searches all the residence belongs upon entry and perform Random room
searches. Any drugs or weapon found will be confiscated and disposed of legally and
professionally
14. Relapse Policy
Pendo house provide resources for anyone that has relapsed and is willing to go to farther
treatment if the residence decline farther treatments they will be dismissed from the
home and cannot come back until treatment is completed

Pendo Homes provides clean, stable, and affordable housing in a peaceful environment for individuals seeking a fresh start and a respectful place to live.
The general criteria for acceptance into Pendo Homes are:
Residents must be sober and actively involved in a recovery program.
Weekly rent is $ 200. To move in, residents must pay $800 (first month and Last Month).
No refunds will be given if a resident is asked to leave due to rule violations.
Voluntary move-outs require a two-week notice. No rent is charged during this notice period, as the two-week reserve covers it.
All residents must show a willingness to cooperate, contribute to household upkeep, and support the community environment.
Pendo Homes House Rules & Expectations
Sobriety: Residents must remain free from alcohol and drug use. Any use or involvement in drug activity will result in immediate discharge.
Drug Testing: Residents must submit to one (1) random drug test per week.
Conduct: Sexual contact between residents is strictly prohibited and will result in discharge. Disruptive, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other residents or staff will not be tolerated.
Rent: Rent is due by Friday before the weekend. Failure to pay may lead to disciplinary action or discharge.
Recovery Participation:
Attend at least three (3) AA/NA meetings weekly.
Participate in one (1) urine screen per week.
Attend one (1) in-house meeting weekly.
Curfew:
Sunday–Thursday: Be in by 11:00 PM
Friday & Saturday: Be in by 12:00 Midnight
Overnights: New residents must wait one (1) month before being allowed overnights. Overnights are allowed either Friday or Saturday, not both.
Chores: Residents must complete assigned household responsibilities.
